traileraddict has changed their URL encoding scheme.
I'm working on restoring support, but that may take some time.

check for presence of hd toggle function.

Valid url regex for traileraddict.com is too strict. Need to allow,
e.g. theatrical-trailer, teaser-trailer, feature-read-band-trailer, etc.
